I haven't written a review until I had a few chances to use this product. I had begun swimming again as a form of exercise that would be gentler on my joints. But water in my ears gave me constant ear aches. I tried a couple of kinds of ear plugs but nothing worked - they fell out and/or let water in. Now, with using silicone ear plugs together with this product, Ear Band-It, I am able to swim without getting water in my ears or getting ear aches. I'm so glad to have found a solution.
