This thing is long, wide, heavy, and sturdy - it's more like a platform than a step. I never have to worry it's going to break, slip, fold, etc. Nice tacky grip even putting up a kayak with soggy water shoes on. It has two different angles you can set it for and it works great! Be warned though that it may dent the metal right under the latch point. Your car was not built with the intent to use something like this so all your weight is transferred to the car body and will most likely dent the metal. Depending on which angle you choose, it will leave two indents. I have attached pictures below.\n\nI already have pinstripes from my adventures and this does not bother me, but making sure you all know what CAN happen. It has two angles which helps a lot. The only thing you need to know is it will most likely leave a dent on your door frame. My rig is already pinstriped from adventures, but this is a different marking. Your weight on the car at this spot was not expected. When you step on it, the weight is transferred to the point of contact and will most likely leave a dent under the door latch point. If you are good with that, great!
