Mommy & Me Stroller Walk + Workout

 

Start your morning with movement and community! Join Billings SCHEELS for a beginner-friendly stroller workout led by expert FIT4MOM coaches. This event is designed to help you get your heart rate up while keeping your baby close in a supportive environment where everyone "gets" the mom life.

Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout including strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in their strollers. Participants leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized, no matter their stage of motherhood.
