It's understandable why they are about bankrupt. Scheels had this at a very good price, twice the price of the supposed new Winchester from Turkey, and it is worth it, even though after I got it home and unboxed it there was a divot in the forearm stock. My fault for not inspecting it at the store, I was in a hurry. I bought it as a shooter, and it will get more as time goes on. Scheels was excellent to deal with, as always. The Japanese Browning is of good quality, nice looking, and very accurate out of the box. Fun to shoot. I have put about 300 rds. through it so far, and it functioned better the more I shot.
