There are some issues, but first the good. Sighted in the first day, and ended the session by shooting 2 groups of 3 at 200 yards that were touching. Two different cartridges so far, and the average for each for 20 shots is 3/4 MOA. Still assessing ammo for the final hunting choice. Fit, finish, weight, etc. are all excellent for me and my intended use of this rifle. Now to things that I hope improve. The carbon fiber magazines are difficult to insert (talked with Seekins and I believe this will resolve over time). I had several failures to feed all on the second round with the first few magazines, but this seems to have resolved? We shall see. The overall fit, finish and machining are excellent!! It is heavier than expected as all the websites have it listed as 7.5 lbs. Waiting on my rings so I can get my scope mounted and get to shooting. It now comes in a plastic hard case and the stock has QD cups on both sides of the forearm. Mine has a Triggertech Primary that I set to 2 lbs for hunting. When I got home I wanted to take the brake off and put on the thread protector as I just hunt and don’t care for the extra blast and noise. There no thread protector in the case so I have contacted CS for one as I guess they forgot. The magazine Is crazy long for this cartridge but only weighs 1.5 oz. Will definitely need the L.O.P. spacers as I am 6’3” and it feels like a kids gun. Wish they were included like other manufacturers do.
