The hefty weight absorbs full house magnum loads with ease and and makes 38 Special loads feel like rimfire shots. The smooth trigger face allows comfortable DA shooting and the SA break is short, crisp and light. My other revolvers are a Ruger SRH and Service Six and out of the box, the trigger action on this gun is about as smooth as my decades old guns.\n\nEven though S&W QC has been taking a hit recently, this gun was flawless.
