Wish I could give you negative rating. I bought this stroller, took it out of the package and had my son sit on it. He could easily touch the carpet with this feet. I don't want a stroller where he's able to reach the ground because he likes to do that on the street. I reached out to customer service about it. They said since its taken out of the box it cannot be returned. Now, that is unfair. It is fairly expensive compared to some other travel strollers. How am I supposed to know if its a good fit without taking it out of package, so silly. Really frustrated and annoyed. It's great except for that part! I learned that the mechanism responsible for collapsing my stroller was damaged. I sent a video of myself demonstrating this to the team for assessment. Once they confirmed it, I received a new stroller in the mail. The team also ensured to update my profile with the updated serial number for warranty.\n\nI appreciated the dedication to ensure this issue was fixed. Pros: it maneuvers well and the seat is comfortable. Cons: it is incredibly hard to fold. So much so that I bent my thumb backwards while attempting to close it. Also the brake pedal is hard to push down. I'm hoping I merely received a faulty one and am taking it to a local Uppababy repair shop. If they can't fix, I will have to return.
