Honing is the process of removing burr, or small imperfections on your steel produced by grinding wheels during sharpening. We offer a collection of various hones — each with their own unique benefits — to help give you the cleanest edges possible each time you hit the ice.

• X-5 Combi Hone - Designed with a large surface area, this premium hone features porcelain/ceramic on one side for coated steel and a diamond-like coating on the other for non-coated steel.
• X-3 Combi Hone - Designed with a small surface area, this premium hone features porcelain/ceramic on one side for coated steel and a diamond-like coating on the other for non-coated steel.
• Gummi Hone - Designed to be a support hone for your coated steel to help remove any remaining burr.
• Basic Stone - This traditional hone is designed to quickly remove any burr that may come as a result from sharpening.
• Tear Drop Hone - With a larger surface area and an ergonomic shape, this hone is easier to handle while removing any burr from sharpening.
