If you want to mount a light or optic you will need to got to the A3/A4 variant which will set you back another $450.00.\nThe pistol shoots great and performs flawlessly as is out of the box. Nonetheless this is a firearm that uses chintzy materials to cut costs. Absolutely hated the cheap magazines that came with it, the plastic guide rod, and plastic trigger. All were replaced right after I shot it the first time. \nThese upgrades brought the price up to a little over the $1,000.00 mark. Bear in mind Anniversary edition of Sig Saur P226 or CZ 75 for that. \nHowever I am ex Army not a SEAL so for me, reliving the thrill of my trading in my old and rattling 1911 for the M9 was a treat.
