Just the expression on people’s faces when open there card and see a scheels gift card they know they can purchase quality merchandise.
Gift cards are great you never know when a situation comes up where you need a gift for someone and it gives them a chance to pick out what they need
Hard to review a gift card unless you have a bad experience with one. That being said, the Scheels gift card works well as a Christmas present for active grandchildren - even those who aren't in to sports. No complaints from gift givers (us) or gift recipients (grandchildren).
If you purchase more than one gift card sent electronically to one person, make sure that person knows that two cards are coming. When I sent two cards, the recipient received two emails, one for each card. Since they were for the same amount they thought one was a duplicate email--and was going to delete it. That would be the same as throwing the gift card away! Scheels should put all the gift cards to the same recipient on the same email to prevent confusion.
My niece is saving for her first bow, so each time she comes over, she does a few things around the house - vacuum, take out garbage, etc - and I purchase a gift card for her, she's nearly at 200 of the 400 she needs to buy her bow. I love that they allow the use of multiple gift cards to make purchases,
I was disappointed in the packaging. They came in a regular business envelope and it was obvious there were cards in the envelope. I thought it was my rewards card when I first opened the envelope. I have bought gift cards from other companies and they always include a nice tin/package/wrapping or gift box of some sort. I did not think to have anyone take a video of my opening the envelope, lol! They did arrive in time for Christmas though.
