After only having this unit in the driveway for a handful of days, I can already say that we are extremely happy with the purchase. Assembly was extremely easy and I was almost able to do it all by myself (with a little help lifting the pole on to the base). My wife helped out for only one step of the process, otherwise, it's pretty easily a one-person job based on how well Goalsetter has thought out the process and designed the product to allow for ease of installation (A+!!). The other big differentiator for me with Goalsetter is the one-piece pole that is made from higher strength gauge steel (look up the difference between Goalsetter and the imported models). Our unit is only the 4\" pole and while there is just a very slight amount of wobble in the unit after shooting a brick, it's still really sturdy. Our boys are already spending most of their time shooting hoops with their friends and this hoop will last for as long as we live in this house! Couldn't be happier. Save yourself some headache and buy a unit from Goalsetter.
