Shot 150, 147 grain and it performed fantastically. It does come with carbine adapter that replaces the piston spring. I purchased this to have a quieter shooting experience as well as help introduce new people to shooting in a less intimidating fashion. This item suppresses the shoots well and makes 45acp very mild when shooting especially outdoors. This also reduces kick and has not negatively affected my point of impact or grouping size in a noticeable manner on my handgun. Unfortunately Sig did not think through the outer texture which acts like military grade velcro. It snags on everything and if you are wearing a fleece jacket, forget about it. You'll need a thin cover for it to even put it into a neoprene holster.
