SilencerCo seems to be having a large issue with Out of Stock or Backorder (hopefully not a sign of something looming over the company) In any case, it is hard to locate Silencerco items or parts.\n\nI ordered the part online as I was hoping to stop by on my way through Co Springs. When I arrived, the Customer Service desk brought me the part and I was disappointed to learn that the incorrect part had been pulled. Parts like this require a level of knowledge or attention to detail.\n\nIn any case, I went up to the firearms counter and met with Chris Behm(Asst Store Leader). I explained the situation, and he apologized for the inconvenience and explained they would have to have it shipped from a different location because they did not have any in inventory in the Co Springs location.\n\nI did receive a new shipping email on Tuesday (2 days later), but after another 48 hours, nothing had been updated. Seems USPS did not come to the shop to pick up the corrected item. I called back and spoke with Brandon Lash. Brandon apologized and explained he would check with the other store to get an update. He called back within an hour, to let me know he was still working on it. He called me again at the end of his business day to let me know that they had figured it out with USPS and that it had been picked up. The fact that he went out of his way, at the end of his business day to give me one more update is what I would call excellent Customer Service.\n\nGrateful to Scheels for making a bad situation into a great one. The level on customer service, for evan a small $139 part, they treated it as they would a $5k part.
