I own a Stihl Backpack Leaf Blower (I own five acres) and wanted a smaller leaf blower for cleaning out the garage, blowing off the deck, sidewalk, and driveway. The BG 50 fires right up and does the job, and it's quick and easy to use. The backpack blower is for taking care of leaves in the Fall, but I don't want to strap it on for small jobs, thus my reason for buying a smaller blower. So far, no complains.
