SCHEELS California Privacy Rights

Effective Date: May 5th, 2026

This California Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in the SCHEELS Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of California. This Notice is provided pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

This Notice describes:

  • The categories of personal information we collect;

  • The categories of sources from which personal information is collected;

  • The purposes for which we use that information;

  • The categories of third parties to whom we disclose, sell or share personal information; and

  • Your rights under California law and how to exercise them.

While we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, we may share personal information with advertising partners for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information. The right to request that we limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to certain permitted purposes.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

California residents may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on their behalf. Where you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of the agent’s authorization and verification of your identity as permitted by law.
