What You'll Need
When taking measurements, you can use a tape measure or string. If you’re using a tape measure, wrap it around the area you’re measuring until the ends meet. If you’re using a string, cut it where the ends meet and use a ruler to measure the length.
Measure Yourself

Waist: Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of your waist.

Hips: Measure horizontally around the widest part of your hips.

Inseam: Measure vertically from the crotch to the seam.

Inside Leg Length: Measure vertically from the top of your inner leg to the bottom.
Sizing Tips

If one of your measurements is between two sizes, order a smaller size for a snug fit or a larger size for a loose fit.

If your body measurements for hips and waist correspond to two different sizes, go with the one indicated by your hip measurement
