Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin - unseasoned/original
- Kosmos Dirty Bird Rub
- Thick cut bacon
- Spaghetti noodles

Instructions
- Trim your tenderloin
- Set your grill to 300° F
- Layout your bacon with pieces touching but not overlapping
- Season the tenderloin with Kosmos Dirty Bird on both sides
- Roll the tenderloin up in bacon
- Break off spaghetti noodles and pin the bacon to the tenderloin
- Place a Fireboard probe in the thickest part of the tenderloin
- When the tenderloins reach 120° F, crank up the grill to 400° F to crisp the bacon
- When the Fireboard reads 145° F pull the tenderloins from the grill
- Double-check temperature with a Thermapen
