  1. Cut up pineapple, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, and onion, and mix together in a bowl
  2. Slice walleye into about 1 inch pieces
  3. In a separate bowl, coat each piece of fish in Killer Hogs Mexican Seasoning
  4. Heat up your Blackstone to high heat and prep with oil
  5. Add jalapeños to griddle and cook until they begin to blister
  6. Pour your fruit and vegetable mixture onto the grill and fry until softened and browned
  7. Next, place your walleye on the grill and cook until flesh is white and flaky
  8. Lay the flour tortillas on griddle until they are puffed up and crisp on the outside, then add to Blackstone Taco Tray
  9. Remove all ingredients from the Blackstone and begin chopping and dicing salsa ingredients
  10. Add cilantro, lime, and avocado to the bowl. Mix it all together and salt to taste.
  11. Pile all of the ingredients into the tortillas and enjoy your tacos!
