There’s nothing better than the smell of sweet and crunchy caramel popcorn to make you think of summer time. We give this recipe the state fair blue ribbon! This classic caramel corn recipe is the perfect blend of sweet, salty, and crunchy!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Amish Country Popcorn
- 1 tbsp Amish Country Tenderpop Coconut Oil
- Butter popcorn salt
- ½ stick butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ tsp baking soda
Instructions
- Turn up the Blackstone Griddle to medium heat
- Pour the Amish Country Popcorn on the Blackstone with a tablespoon of Amish Country Tenderpop Coconut Oil and cover with a Blackstone Basting Cover.
- Move the kernels around so that the popcorn doesn’t overcook on one side and wait until you hear it popping inside the basting cover.
- Once popped, scoop the popcorn into a bowl, and season with Amish Country Popcorn Butter Salt.
- Add brown sugar and butter to grill with a pinch of baking soda.
- Mix brown sugar and butter until you can no longer see clumps of sugar on the griddle.
- Add popcorn back to the griddle and mix until all the pieces are covered in caramel.
- Let it cool and serve.
