- 1 cup milk
- Hot sauce
- Spiceology Nashville Hot seasoning
- Frying Oil
- Beer's Black Dog BBQ
- Pickles
- Pepper Jack Cheese
Instructions
- Prep the chicken breasts by cutting them in half. Next, throw all of the chicken into a bowl and cover with pickle juice (2-4 cups of pickle juice). Cover the bowl and let chicken soak in the fridge for 3 hours.

- Remove the chicken and dry off with paper towels. Season chicken lightly with Spiceology’s Nashville Hot.
- Whisk together the bread crumbs, flour and seasoning (2-3 tbsp of seasoning).
- Mix egg, milk and 1 tbsp of hot sauce in a separate bowl.
- The order of coating the chicken will be flour, egg, flour. After going into the flour the first time make sure you shake any loose flour off of the chicken, this will ensure our breading sticks to our chicken the best.
- Drop coated chicken into the oil. Cook for about 4-6 minutes, they will be golden brown and reach 165°.
- Top with pickles, pepper jack cheese and BBQ sauce.
