So about my 5th or 6th time using the kit; the reel handle broke, I have emailed them multiple times, sometimes I hear nothing back sometimes I will get an arrogant response and then Nothing after that. I’ve have also phoned them multiple times, and over the past month and a half just trying to get this sorted out under warranty I am officially giving up and buying a new reel from a different company. I’ve been an ugly stik customer for a long time but there is no way I’ll ever buy another piece of equipment from them or ever recommend them to a friend. Terrible company, terrible service, and in this instance a terrible product. I called the phone number, no answer. I thought Shakespeare was a better company than this.
