How hard is it to go to your shipping department or call someone to change the order. People are just too lazy to make things right. I have 3 of the stowaway rockers for 5+ years and have never had an issue. I wanted more outside chairs so my friends don't always have to bring some. All the fasteners in frame seemed very loose. I will say maybe I got a bad chair but not a great look. I did file a warranty claim so I will see how that goes. But as an avid camper, I have now had not one, not two, but THREE chairs break in the same exact spot with the bolt on the cross support at the base. I feared maybe the weight limit was exceeded but I am 200lbs LESS than the weight limit noted and my husband is 100lbs less.
