We measured his foot according to the size chart listed on the website and chose the size accordingly. However when we got the shoe, it was so big I could put the shoe on my foot. We had to return it. When we did return it we were given a “free shipping” label. However there was $10 taken out of our return to pay for this return. I love Keen and have put my son in nothing but Keen shoes since he was an infant. However, this shoe was a disappointment.
