Butcher BBQ Prime Brisket Injection

Inject throughout the whole brisket by using a grid pattern. Try to get the injection into the center of the meat. For best results, let set a minimum of 4 hours before cooking, but more is fine. After mixing, refrigerate until used. Discard any unused injection that has been in contact with raw meat.

Using the scoop provided, mix 3 level scoops of injection (3/4 cup) with 2 cups of water and stir well. Makes enough for two 12 lb. briskets.
