The Chard Jerky Drying Rack is a perfect accesory when cooking homemade jerky in the kitchen, garage, or cabin. The Drying rack is used to help dry jerky in your oven. This rack can hold up to 1lbs of jerky and improves the airflow cycle when drying. Racks are hand wash only, and oven safe and can be stacked 4 high for additional drying space and storage.
