Has full navigation
I brought my entire family out to the Sahara desert for an educational trip and I was confident in my Fenix 6x pro solar to navigate us so we had a guide drive us as far as his Jeep would allow him to go with just enough gas to return to the village ....well the watch cannot run on solar alone ,so with the navigation on my watch died in 3 hours leaving us wandering In circles after my wife and kids convinced me to swim in a pool that was a mirage we were thankful for nightfall my two kids were killed by coyotes and my wife is still missing but I still have the watch

Great all around watch
I bought it about 2 weeks ago now, and I honestly have nothing to complain about, great features and every time I need it to respond it does. Worth the price, probably wont need a watch in a very long long time

Great watch. Everything I could ever want.
I bought this watch not knowing the capabilities of the watch and I was amazed on how everything works and how easy the watch is to use. I would recommend. 10/10

Garmin Fenix 6X Pro Solar
I bought the Fenix 6X Pro Solar 20 days ago, and it is working great. Awesome battery life enhanced worth solar charging. Tracking all health stats and training status. This watch combined with the HRM Pro, Index S2, and RD POD show an amazing and fascinating view in the Garmin Connect app. Very happy with all of these.

Customer service
Great product. I have had my Solar Fenix 6 for over a year, ended up scratching the face. Garmin’s no hassle easy exchange policy made it easy and a great experience to return the damaged face for a new Fenix 6.

Terrible Customer Service Experience
Hello Garmin Team,

I had purchased a Fenix 6X Pro Solar in December of 2020 which my friend brought over to Cambodia for me. There was a button not functioning properly so I visited Garmin Cambodia for support.

Their representative, Ms. Sreynit, took it in on January 12th, 2021 and told me that it would be done within 6 - 8 weeks. I said OK, thank you and went on my way.

On February 18th, Garmin Cambodia messaged me (I was so excited that it was already fixed) to ask me if I could accept a different Fenix 6 model which was a different color from my original one. I said no, because the straps will not match and I travel often so I prefer the one I bought originally. They told me OK, we will send it back again and you'll have to wait another 6 - 8 weeks again. Why didn't they ask me this before the first 6 weeks? Who knows...?

Nothing came in so I followed up early April and she told me would arrive before Khmer New Year (mid April). No updates...then Cambodia went into lockdown, no sweat as there's nothing that can be done. Following lockdown easing, I learned that Garmin Cambodia was back to operation so I followed up with them again. On May 7th, they messaged me saying it'll arrive here "next week" so I waited patiently. Since then, till today, May 17th, I have no updates from them after having followed up almost on a daily basis.

The main person I was speaking with doesn’t reply to my questions anymore so I asked one of their service guys, named Mendy, and he told me this morning that there are 10 other customers waiting for their Garmin watches. He blames this on the logistics company saying that his team follows up, but they don't respond and keep delaying shipment from one week to the next.

My question is: being a high end International brand and a leader in the tech world, why am I experiencing this kind of service? What kind of logistics partner are they using that is incredibly unreliable? I have received 5 different packages all while under lockdown, 2 from America. Why is it such a drag with Garmin? I'm happy to pay more for faster transport, just let me know.

I'd really like to get my watch back as waiting for over 4 months with no sign of arrival and no proper customer service is really frustrating. I like Garmin but this experience honestly has let me down drastically.

Any support you can offer would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance and please stay safe.

So Far So Good
I have only had the watch for 2 weeks and haven't taken a hike yet. One thing I would like to see or get instructions too would be a tutorial from Garmin and not others that tend to go too fast with there descriptions on how too sent up and perform different functions. Like I said maybe I missed something and it is out there as this watch does so many different things. Looking forward to my second review later on when I become more familiar with the watch. Nothing negative hear.

Not worth the price
I bought this watch almost week ago, wrist bracelet make a corn on my wrist, pixels around solar screen are so visible, don’t have any tool, any extra length wrist strap , solar charger, just a extra cost- no extra battery life! Will return tomorrow

Best sports watch
Beats Suunto and Apple Watch. The battery is the best feature with the solar charging.
