I love getting space back in my freezer and have food that is still ready to eat on those nights where there is very little time. The company does not stand behind their machines. After set up, you run a functional testing. The freezer worked but the pressure would not drop. I called Harvest Right, and the answer machine said they were experiencing a lot of calls and to complete a help ticket. I completed the help ticket and did not hear back, after 3 days I called again. The lady said she sees my request and set up a tech to call in 2 days. The tech called and said to run another test and send in the files. She never called back, so I called and asked to have her call me. She sent an email asking to run another test, after I remove the panels. I asked if she ever received the files I sent, no response. I refused to take the machine apart. It is not by job to work on a defective machine. I purchased the machine in good faith that it would work. After 4 weeks of sending emails and calling people, nothing has been accomplished. My last email yesterday, I requested a supervisor to call to exchange my machine. The response I received was they do not exchange machines and that I have to complete the work the technician requests. This is not acceptable. I should not have to fix a defective machine. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, adding my name to many other consumers that have had the same problems.
