The zippers started to fall apart so I sent it in for a warranty replacement. After a month of not hearing anything I called customer service, sat on hold for over a half an hour before finally getting to talk to a real person. They told me the backpack was not repairable so they gave me a gift card to get a new one. We picked out this new backpack and within two weeks the seams were falling apart. I emailed customer service about getting yet another replacement (hoping to not pay the return shipping AGAIN) and have had TWELVE back and forth emails with them about getting a shipping label. For some ridiculous reason rather than asking me to confirm ALL of my contact info at ONE time they have asked for it one email at a time. \"Can we get your shipping address?\" Answered. Another email \"Can we get your billing address?\" Answered. Another email. \"Can we get your contact phone number?\" Answered. I'm almost surprised they haven't asked me to confirm my dang email address. So now it's Friday evening and I'm sure I won't get any response or my return shipping label till Monday at the earliest. Talk about over complicated.
