So when this variant became available I jumped at the chance to obtain one. I have 1000 rounds through it now and had two misfeeds more from me over-inserting the magazine than an issue with pistol or magazines. Everything about this pistol is buttery smooth. From racking the slied, changing magazines, to the exceptional trigger. Fit and finish is on it harken back to the Kimbers that were made when they first came onto the seen. Yeah, it is not an Wilson Combat or Ed Brown. Nor is this a overblown budget pistol either. IMHO it is a close equal to a Staccato, at a more reasonable price point, in 45 ACP.
