Her customer service was excellent and she was able to help me think outside the box on a Mother's Day gift. There were two different styles But not the same size so I bought one small and one medium. First my wife loved the gift but unfortunately the size small Didn't fit luckily I was traveling to Overland Park and they gladly helped me find a medium in the same style/pattern. The young lady in Overland Park even went as far to go look in the back room and was determined to find a medium for me. In the end my customer experience at both Wichita and Overland Park are commendable and I wish I knew both young ladies names to give them the recognition they deserve.
