Great Quality- Runs Small
Carhartt quality is great. Had to order a 2nd paid because the 36 waist was too small so i gifted them to my son in law and ordered myself a 38 waist. They do run small bo doubt about it. He wears a 32 and the 36 was just a tad big for him. Keep in mind if your like me and dont like the hassle of returns.

Great quality only problem I had was it was tight in the waist and longer in the length than I expected.

run long and larger than other carthart insulated overalls
these are nice, but they run long, I ordered 30 inseam and these are 33" inseam. being made for freezing weather I always get pants/overalls shorter so they don't drag and absorb slush and freeze. they are wider/roomier then my other carthartt overalls which is nice for allowing heavy fleece or layers under the top half. waterproofing is good but not great , getting down on one knee in the slush they did soak through, but heavy snow and then lite rain beaded and didn't wet out quickly. Material and workmanship seems good we'll see how they hold up the rest of the winterinto spring. These are very warm, better then my older carthartts and are easy to vent to control overheating. I would buy again but would order two inseams shorter I normally wear 32" so I would get 28" inseam 30s where to long. I would recomend getting your normal waist size because they already run larger in the waist and top half. I would also reccomend the knee pads. thanks

Not happy - been a “goat rodeo” purchase
This purchase has been a “goat rodeo”. After my initial order, I had to return because way too small, even though I tried on a similar model at local store. No return label, had to call to get return label. After 2 weeks of wait to get my credit card and gift card re-imbursed (apparently you can’t do exchanges on line or even when you call agent), I measured closely the item received and used your on-line guide to reorder correct size. Next purchase came and hugely oversized (4” or more). I went through same return process (call to get return label, wait 2 weeks to get refunds, drive 30 miles to drop off at UPS store, etc), I reordered again. Today I received new purchase. Even though pretty close to correct size in waist, legs were hugely too wide. I tried to snap the snaps (maybe think about Pre-snapping before shipping), but one would not snap and nothing I can do to snap. I also ordered knee pads and they did not fit. Had to cut 2 sides to fit. I used the guide for 38” didn't fit.

Great for fall, winter and spring
Great quality as usual for Carhartt.
I was expecting more padding but the padding it had is great and keeps me warm in the winter working outside.
Big chest pockets with zippers so you can fit your phone and zip it up to be sure it won't slip out. When mine wear out I will definitely be buying another pair of these.

Run a little bigger than I thought, but they are perfect for layering up out in the cold.
