I play baseball everyday with 1 or 2 practises a day and a game 2 or 3 times a week and each of these pants lasted me a year. After my first year with them I bought another pair the next year and used my first pair for practise I did the same the next year. These pants have a great price range and are also very comfortable, breezy and fitting. I think you will enjoy these ants very much. They wash easily and when you slide they don't rip super easily.
These pants had holes in the knee and seat after a handful of high school games, I had to mend and patch several times but they didn't even make it through one 20-game season. They fit well and look good but the material is too thin to hold up to real game play. Additionally, grass and dirt do not wash out well and the instructions say no bleach so you can't get them clean after a few games. We are big fans of Nike but my son has played for 11 years and these pants were the worst we've tried.
Im very disappointed in these pants. My son only wore them for four games and they already have a hole through both fabrics on the knee part. Wont purchase again. I would give a zero star rating but Im not able to. Now my son has to go through the rest of baseball season with EXPINSIVE pants that have a whole.
These are my sons varsity baseball uniform pants. The style is a big hit with the boys. They had two afternoon games which were very warm. My son bragged about how he could actually feel the breeze on the back of his legs. He loves the fit. From the stands they look like major league edition. However from moms point of view cleaning them is tough. The material seems to be harder to scrub than any other Nike uniform before. Tonight he slid into 2nd and he has a massive red dirt stain along with runs (like you get in pantyhose) on the side of his thigh. Which means no scrubbing. Soaking with tide and sending him back out with stains. Hmm guess we need to try to figure in a replacement pair in our budget. Goodness we are only 3 games in the season SMH
