I play a lot of Golf but that's still not an excuse the spikes wore out in two weeks. Considering the price I thought they would be okay for at least a few months but 2 weeks. They are the most comfortable golf shoes I have had and I liked how they look better then some other golf shoes but this was crazy.
I own a pair of Roshe Runs, so when I saw the Roshe G golf shoes, I knew I was in for all day comfort on the course. I was a little concerned however about their ability to keep my feet dry. After I read a bunch of positive reviews, I decided to pull the trigger. First couple times out, luckily enough for me, were dry days, and these bad boys were perfect. My next couple of times out were disastrous. The course was a little damp from rain the day before, and I knew about it on the first hole. One errant step around some casual water, and my socks got wet. So the next 17 holes with wet socks were no fun. The all gray's just collect the mud/water mixture, so now my golf shoes have seen the course 5 times, and are stained. Don't worry, you won't lose me as a Nike guy, just terribly disappointed in these shoes.
These shoes are very comfortable and lightweight. I feel they do run a little big, so I wish I would have ordered a size 8 instead of my usual 8.5 in Nikes. They are good looking and very comfortable but do not provide a lot of ankle support which is noticeable for me since I broke my foot and ankle a couple years ago. I notice this when I walk instead of cart, like when walking on side hills and stuff. These are also not at all waterproof or very warm, but they do not claim to be, so you should know that going into buying them. I would recommend them as golf shoes, but maybe not as your only pair.
Bought these shoes for my gf. We walking in the morning and the dew has soaked through to the point where she has had to take her socks off and squeeze out the water. She says they are comfortable, but flaw is not waterproof.
I bought and maybe got 10 rounds out of them before they wore out. When they were new they had decent grip and were very comfortable to walk in. In 10-12 rounds--doing my best to remain on grass while walking--the spikes have worn down so that they provide very little grip. The shoe itself is still in great condition, but the spikes are very worn. I have never owned another pair of spineless golf shoes so I can't compare the durability, but I'll sacrifice the added comfort for better grip and durability in the future.
I play golf multiple times per week and always wear these shoes. Never have a problem with slipping out or not enough grip. These are my go to shoes. You'll be hard pressed to find something more comfortable.
Fits true to size but a little narrow. These shoes are incredibly light and comfortable. I wear them as a street shoe personably and my guess is they wouldn’t hold up too well in the long run on the golf course. Definitely a range/street/lifestyle shoe for me that I would recommend if you like feeling like you are walking on air.
