The wind chill often creates frigid, miserable conditions for 8 hours a day so a warm, comfortable base layer is necessary. The mens Intraknit is light, made of comfortable fabric but keeps the body warm in sub par conditions all day. The only draw back is it is missing a fly opening, which makes using the bathroom in an ice cold port-o-john a little less awful. A little.
