I weight 425 lbs, so finding a pair of boots that provides adequate support and all day comfort has been a significant challenge. These boots also last for a long time. Boots from other brands that are advertised as \"rugged\" or \"durable\" begin to deteriorate for me after just month or two of casual use, but my Timberlands always hold up.\n\nThese boots are truly water proof and keep my feet warm in adverse conditions. They also clean up easily after trekking through the mud.\n\nMy absolute favorite thing about these boots is the way they lace up. Having D-rings instead of eyelets makes it super easy to get a nice tight fit all the way to my toes to prevent my foot from floating in the boot.
