Mine was the Reef 85 \"C- stock\" so I was bit apprehensive about the purchase since they say no returns on these. Mine came with all accessories in great condition. small patch was adhered to the bottom side. I aired it to 5PSI and left it for a couple of days to test the refurb guarantee and it did not lose any pressure at all. \n\nUsed it on the lack this week and it was perfect. Dogs and the entire family enjoyed it. I do recommend purchasing the ties out straps and a high pressure DC pump if you intend to use in on a boat. The manual pump works great but you have to commit to a solid four minutes of pumping to get this thing aired up. \n\nIn the end, I paid half price for a very solid water dock. This wasn't my first and it won't be my last Mission purchase. The kids are always asking us to bring it with, so we made the decision to get the Reef 85 mat. It has been a hit with the kids and anyone else around, and it fits under the seats when not in use. We were able to roll it up and store on the back of the boat on less than half the space of one of those roll up mats. We had people sitting, laying out and standing on it. My family had a great time with it! We even had a fellow boater swim over to check it out and ask questions. We had a Lilly pad prior that was very hard to manage on our boat when moving. We can get to a spot and anchor, have the mat inflated and in the water in under 5 minutes. Deflates relatively fast, folds up small enough to store away in the boat.
