Runs Small. My every day shoe size is 14 but I hoop in a size 15. I bought a size 15 and my foot was crammed inside.
The Kobe VIII system has been my go to basketball shoe for years and I am finally at the point where I am wanting to try other options. From first glance, The PG 4 is a very attractive shoe with awesome color ways. Unfortunately, this shoe runs extremely small. I hoop in a size 15 and these are way too small. I am not even sure a 16 would fit.As awesome as the shoe looks, I could never hoop in this shoe. I am back to the drawing board.
I was extremely impressed with how smoothly the return went and how quickly my new pair of shoes got here.
I ordered these shoes and when they came they were a bit small, so I started a return and ordered the next size up. The return went very smoothly, it was extremely easy. And within 24 hours I got the correct size of shoes that I needed.
Great shoe with good ankle support and padding but run about 1 size small to 1.5
I recently got these shoes a few days ago and they and they are the best basketball shoes I have ever worn because it has great ankle support and padding the only thing is I would pick them up in person and they run small I’m an 8 and I had to get a 9.5
I was excited to try the PG 4 but ended up being very disappointed with it. Shoe definitely wasn’t true to size and fit very snug. It performed well through about 5-6 scrimmages but my last time playing in them I had a Zion moment and my foot busted right through the shoe on a cut. Luckily I didn’t seriously get injured but a few toes were sore the rest of the day. All indoor court play
First of all, let me tell you that this sneaker in size 9(the size I wear for every shoe manufacture) fits like a very comfortable and supportive glove. I am not sure the people who have stated that it runs small actually wear their proper size or must have really fat feet. True, it is a little tight slipping them on, however once my foot was in and the laces snugged up I had no problems with the zipper not closing. Once my foot was securely inside and buckled in, it was like I had just strapped two fighter jets to my feet. They are light and agile yet comfortable and supportive. The traction is superb even on a dusty floor. The styling and colorway are off the wall but I wouldn't have it any other way. Nike and Paul George have created a mighty fine shoe in my opinion and I have been wearing shoes for a long time. I am sure the durability will be just fine for me. These aren't my ballin shoes. I have Jordan 34's for that. These are my fishing shoes!
Very cute shoe but runs extremely small. I am usually a 6.5 or 7. Got in a 6.5 and too small. Then got the 7 and also much too small. Don't know if I will try to go up further because the entire shoe, length, width etc, was much too snug and did not zip all the way up. Disappointed as I really wanted these.
I love basketball. As such I want a shoe that feels great and handles the court exceptionally. My feet are fat and these shoes have a break in period, but even after they're broken in, they still aren't as comfortable on the top of my foot. I've had to take the sole out in order for the comfort to take effect. The materials aren't as strechy for someone like me. This is typical for Nike Products and after reading many reviews thought that this shoe would do wonders, but here we are! I can wear them, the zoom air is amazing! But the top of my foot is in pain after playing and I wish there was more give. I'm a 10.5 and went up half a size and my foot still looked like it was going to bust through the shoe without even playing. I understand that the foot needs to be snug, but I wish there was enough give for ALL types of players.
I own MANY nikes. They are all Size 11. They always fit. This size 11 was too small. I returned it for 11.5, but that still doesn't really fit, just feels weird like the toe area is too compressed. I dont need a size 12, just think that its an odd design. Every single pair of Nikes i own are the most comfortable shoes I have, except these. I guess i'll hold onto them but dont think i'll wear them anytime son.
These are my favorite Nike’s, became my daily wear over AF1s. Buy 1 full size up, I normally wear a 13, but require a 14 for PG4s. If I could make one recommendation to @nike, please remove the laces and replace them with flap sewn in bungee laces that don’t require tying. The zip up snugs the shoes perfect, tying the laces makes them to tight or like you have a clump smashed into top of foot after zip up. I have mine tied as loosely as possible and just slip them on/off. Having flat non tie bungee laces would take the shoes to the next level of comfort, slip on and zip up. I hike around the desert in mine and walk urban areas.
These shoes are super comfortable and nice looking but the sizes are ridiculous. I had to order three different times to get the right size and wondering if I should order the next size up a fourth time.!!! My daughter is normally a 9 in women’s and the 10 1/2 women shoe barely fits.
Great for people with hip issues or similar injuries.
I´ve decided on buying this ones after looking for a lot of reviews, because of the impact protection, and they deliver :), I used to get very tired after just little minutes of playing, but now there are hours of running and jumping, that's just great cushion working, for sizing I went +1, could be +0.5 but I have wide feet and high instep, also they break in pretty quikly, for durability I don't feel the transluscent part of the outsole would last a lot of playing, but that's just a problem with the black ones, the new colorways (Plaid,Oreo and gatorade ones) seem to have XDR outsoles, nike could put that in the info. In conclusion, great shoes for the money and very comfortable ones.
I ordered this shoe 3 times and gave up after the size 10 would not zip and I had a difficult time getting the shoe off! If you wear a size 9, start with a 10 1/2! Did not intend to use for basketball.
These shoes feel great on the feet. They have a full length air sole right under the insole so your foot is right on top of the air. BUT, these shoes run small! I wear an 11.5, but a size 12 in Nike basketball shoes normally. I had to go up to a size 13 for these shoes and they fit like size 12's. They give your foot a lock down feel even before you lace them up. A full length sock liner holds the foot in place and you almost slide into these, but once your foot is in, it feels plush.
