I'm more of a function over aesthetics type of person, and this thing delivers on both. The bottle opener feature works great, and I probably used it several hundred times since I've purchased it. Unlike those generic bottle opener keychains you get from everyone, there's no way this one will break like them. Although I bought it as a keychain bottle opener replacement, I do use it as package opener all the time for my job. I probably open up at least 10+ packages per week on a slow week and it's great to always have this in my pocket without having to reach for my boxcutter. The knife I would use would get all sticky from the tape and it would be annoying. With this thing is not a problem and it's always in my pocket. Sure there might be some tape accumulation after several boxes in a row, but I would just use my fingers to wipe it off and it's like new. My favorite feature though is the screwdriver thing in the front. I mean it's just so useful everywhere. Not just for screwing things in/out, but it's also a good prier if I need to get under something or hold something in place. This thing is just so useful on so many levels, I can't describe it. And it was like $6 when I bought it. I mean for a keychain this thing is amazing. It's probably been a year and a half since I got it and it still looks amazing, not that I care about that too much, but functionally, it's still great. Honestly, I can't even tell that it's any real wear on it. The only thing I can see is some character and history from rubbing up against the keys it's bound to while sitting in my pocket. Same size as other keys which is perfect. Clip works perfect for belt loop and easy to separate car key rings. Bottle opener is okay and has room for improvement. I recently lost mine and it was driving my nuts, I had to buy a replacement. I also own the other Doohickey tool, without the carabiner. This one appears to be sharper, but I prefer the other one since it's a solid piece of steel and therefore impossible to break. Since this has a moving part, it probably won't last as long. Have opened probably around 200 bottles and it still looks and works as new. This thing can take a beating! \r\n\r\nI’ve used the flat head end to open over 100 Amazon boxes. I’ve cut twine and loose threads off my shirt with the serrated edge.
