nothing beats the buck shot
I've been using this tried and true lure since I was a kid. No matter what time of year it is - something will eat this lure. It's my go-to for ice fishing walleyes and crappies especially. Easy to work, great feel, and attracts fish with all that rattling noise. Along with the UV colors - literally, nothing on the market can outfish the buckshot. Ever. Past, present, or future.

Disappointed
I purchased two of these spoons based on an Outdoor Life article on page 19 citing MN guide Brian Brosdahl's success using this spoon.

I followed his advise tipping it with a piece of "crawler and jigging it over the side of my boat while fishing a local WI lake.

At the same time I fished my conventional way for bluegills using a spinning rod equipped with slip bobber, split shot and gold aberdden hook.

I took my limit of 10 with my regular gear while using the Buckshot lure being jigged constantly produced nothing.

Did I do something wrong?
