It had all the compartments I wanted and appeared to be of good quality. After 2 1/2 months the reinforced black material on the bottom, which appears to be firm and resilient, started top crack quite badly and peel off, thereby essentially leaving the bottom of the bag unprotected. I called amazon who agreed to refund me the cost of the bag less $25, which hardly seemed fair given the bag was obviously defective. And no I didn't abuse the bottom of the bag. I went ahead and bought another of the same bag on 5/1/24 and a few weeks ago I notice the nylon fabric of the bag near the top of the main compartment is fraying badly in 2 places (see attached pictures). It looks like there will be holes in these 2 places before long. The backpack didn't even last a year. I called Onix and they said the bag came with a 90 warranty and if I wanted I could file a warranty claim on-line although they couldn't promise they'd do anything for me. I told them I didn't want to waste my time doing that if they couldn't tell me whether they would ultimately do anything for me. So instead I decided to write this review. I find their polite but unhelpful approach to customer service to be very shortsighted and miles behind other pickleball companies such as CRBN and Engage, who both have excellent customer service. The empty weight is okay. I like the pink color; it’s fun. There is a shoe compartment in the bottom which is collapsible so if you don’t have shoes in the it, the backpack storage section recaptures that space. However, if you have items in your storage section, then pushing your shoes in is a bit awkward, but do-able. Good number of smaller pockets with quality zippers. However, having the paddle pouch in the back (behind the handle) instead of the front makes it awkward to get into the paddle section (especially if the bag is hung) and leaving it open means that the back is always flopping open.
