My wife and I got this a few weeks ago and have had a great time with it. It is very nice and like having the treadmill at a brick and mortar gym at the house. It's got great safety features like the key and has all the bells and whistles that any modern techie would appreciate. The Bluetooth, the controls. Top notch. When we first got the unit, it had a crack in the handle. Not terrible but not new, still usable. Customer service was great and even a tech came and replaced the part. That really impressed me. The treadmill even folds up and is quite discreet. At 5'2\", the height is perfect for me, and I found it very easy to get started. I typically set it to a speed of 3 with an incline of 3, and it provides a great workout. While walking, I use both the side rails and the front rail, and they feel very comfortable for my height.\n\nI also had my 5'6\" teenager try it out, and she gave the rails a thumbs up for comfort. To test it for a more senior user, I had my 73-year-old mom, who is 5'1\", give it a try. She also found the rail placement comfortable, although she mentioned that the numbers on the screen could be a bit larger to accommodate her sight for her age.
