The reel's are 5 years old and need replacement parts. Contacted Scheels, they said out of warranty go to Okuma. Okuma said, Scheels reel, go to Scheels. After back and forth finally have replacement parts coming. I don't think there is an issue with the reel's, just wore out parts.
