The gun is comfortable in my hand. The weight is good. And I'm nost accurate with this gun. For me, it's a little big for EDC so I primarily have it for home (I got a 365XL for EDC). Note: I do not recommend the Foxtrot 1x light. The Sig 226 should’ve won the pistol trials where the Beretta was selected having proven more reliable than what would ultimately be the M-9, however, the Beretta was less expensive and ultimately won the contract. At some 2700 plus rounds between stoppages, this gun is super reliable and the SAO version has an amazing trigger. With my eyes not being what they used to be, I decided it was time to embrace the red dot. It's a game changer, and I am never going back. I am closing in on 2000 rounds through my 226 Legion SAO, and this gun fits me perfectly. The grip is perfect. The gun fits in my hand amazingly well. The muzzle flip was a bit more than I expected at first. I threw a light on the front as a counter balance which has helped. I wound up swapping the sig romeo 1 pro out for a Delta Point Pro (a big upgrade). at 10 yards I am getting consistent 1\" groups, at 25 yards 3\" - 5.\" as a novice range shooter I couldn't ask a gun to do more than that. I was considering the CZ Shadow 2 as a range toy, but seeing how well I am shooting this one I'll just spend that money on ammo. Unfortunately the front tritium sight was dead so I'm sending the slide in for sight replacement. Still got it out on the range yesterday for testing, ran flawlessly.\nCustomer service was quick and responsive, immediately received a shipping label to send the slide in.\nThe trigger might end up getting changed out. I ride my trigger super low for mechanical advantage, and the way the trigger is rounded and the \"face\" is contoured is not optimal to me- too thin. I'd much prefer a flat faced trigger. The Legion P226 is finished in Cerakote Elite Legion gray coating, custom G-10 grips with a Legion medallion, the SIG SAUER Electro-Optics X-RAY high visibility day/night sights comes with three magazines. The P226 in DA/SA includes a reduced and contoured Elite beavertail, which allows for a higher grip, but a reduced profile, thus eliminating printing. More aggressive front strap checkering and additional checkering under the trigger guard enhance the grip. An X-Five undercut has been applied to the trigger guard, allowing for a higher grip and greater control. Front cocking serrations provide greater purchase for cycling the action, clearing the firearm, or conducting press checks. The DA/SA is available in 9 mm. The DA/SA also features low profile decocking and slide catch levers to reduce the risk of snagging. An enhanced polished action with the SRT (Short-Reset Trigger) is augmented with a Grayguns, Inc. designed P-SAIT trigger.
