I bought it for varmint control around the farm and pastures. Very light weight, compact, and the 25 round mags were appealing. I wanted a gun I could attach a silencer to without having to thread the barrel and still be light weight. After less than a year’s use I want to go a different route simply because of poor quality magazines. I’ve traded in several mags for new ones all resulting in warped mags that won’t feed. I am thinking of going a different route completely. My marlin has never let me down in 25 years. When it’s working it’s a very nice gun. The red dot site is okay but opted for a scope with better results.
