The new Hellcat® Rapid Defense Package (RDP™) configuration builds on the strengths of the ever-popular pistol, the highest capacity micro 9mm in the world. Featuring a direct-mount Shield SMSc red dot optic along with a Self Indexing Compensator, the Hellcat RDP combines fast target acquisition with rapid, accurate follow-up shots. The pistol features the new Gen 2 trigger featuring enhanced ergonomics.​

RAPID DEFENSE PACKAGE
For instant target acquisition the Hellcat RDP is outfitted with the Shield SMSc, a low profile, micro red dot that co-witnesses with the Hellcat’s U-Dot™ sights. The Hellcat RDP also features a threaded barrel fitted with a patent-pending, Self Indexing compensator. Made of strong and lightweight aircraft-grade Hardcoat anodized aluminum the proprietary design reduces muzzle rise and keeps you on target, shot after shot.

SELF INDEXING COMPENSATOR
Tame muzzle rise with the patent pending Springfield Armory Self Indexing Compensator made of aircraft-grade Hardcoat anodized aluminum. This compensator vents gasses upward putting downward pressure on the muzzle greatly reducing muzzle rise for better control and faster follow up shots.​ Patent-pending Self Indexing design that makes installation or removal easy and does not require shims or additional parts for proper timing.

Shield SMSc RED DOT
Featuring a 4 M.O.A. dot and a light yet sturdy polymer body, the Shield SMSc is ideal for compact carry.

GEN 2 TRIGGER
The Hellcat RDP introduces the new Gen 2 Trigger. Recontoured for enhanced ergonomics, the Gen 2 trigger offers a more comfortable shooting experience and is a refinement of the most important interface between the pistol and the shooter.
