Best feature is that it always runs when you need to use it, and the battery seems to hold a charge that lasts as long as a gas powered on a tank of gas. Thick tall grass and weeds will shorten that time a bit but it usually gets the job done before needing a recharge. The charging doesn't seem to take very long to get to a full charge. Only thing that's a little awkward is the safety switch which has to be slid up every time before starting. It is virtually impossible to reline the spool yourself. If you can get the line on it does not much line & will jam causing the line to break. So the little line you put on is then wasted as it will snap off. I will use it this year then next year buy another brand. One that can be respooled. Oh the dealer told me that the line can be respooled yourself, sold me extra line & the manual has no instructions onhow to respool. It has bump technology to add line, which I thought has not been used in a very long time. The cutting head does not rotate so trimming along curbs and sidewalks is a challenge. The line feed was always getting tangled ,so I watched a you tube video and had to remove white plastic piece and that helped. I am still getting used to this tool and I am liking it better. It seems to be a little heavy and unbalanced on the battery end.
