I contacted Traegers customer service department on a Tuesday and Kevin (Supervisor) said they would send a new one and it would be delivered at my house by the weekend. I hadn’t received an email about the shipping by Thursday evening and called Traeger to inquire about the arrival of my package because I had plans on using it for the weekend. They told me the package hadn’t even shipped and that they weren’t sure when it would be delivered. \n\nTraeger is known for being the best and even boasts about their customer service; thus why I went with Traeger. With the money you spend (if you didn’t know Traeger is very expensive) on their products you would hope the quality would be satisfactory and their products would be more reliable. Or at the very least, have exceptional customer service that could live up to their word or have the ability to overnight ship a part to your house. The app was a huge help with putting it together. I made ribs for my first cook, and they were amazing! They had a great smoky flavor, and the temperature stayed perfect when on the grill. Cleaning the grill was a piece of cake too. Go with a different model if Traeger","text":"It worked fine a few times and then started having trouble. Traeger did replace the parts a few times in an effort to resolve. That said, they just keep sending the same parts with the same issues. I’ve spent more weekends taking videos of the same issues over and over again as well as hours of replacing and troubleshooting parts. It’s not worth it at this point. Based on reviews on others sites, I’m very surprised with the positive reviews.
