I would buy this product again.
The bike has me back riding. My problem was getting over the top tube. This bike makes entry no problem. The bike rides nice. I started with the handle bars up for more of a up right ride position. The bike did not handle to my licking so I moved the bars down and forward a bit for more weight over the front. A slightly forward ride position. This gave me the control I wanted over the handling issue. The bike does everything I want and I am riding.

Great bike, too few accessory choices
Quality of bike design, materials, workmanship are excellent. A bit heavy for a non electric bike, but handles well. Rides great. Service staff are friendly and make small adjustments later for free. Should have come with blinking tail light, as rear light bracket on fender is only useful with Trek light. Most bikes hit from behind, so this safety feature should have come with bike. The accessory choices at our Trek store were too limiting. Not a typical fully complete bike store. More of a factory only outlet store for this brand. This limits customers, their needs and riding style. We will have to seek out other stores now for these items. I would recommend my bike, but advise someone to be aware of store limitations.

I like the bike except for the shifting
Difficult shifting both the front and back sprockets. When shifting front from 1 to 2 you have to go to three then back to 2 when it shifts. Up shifts on rear is difficult Takes two distinct slow motons.
