My car spun out into the ditch and the door was smashed in. This car seat stayed secure and she was well-contained and stayed safe. It was also easy enough to get her out of as fast as possible to get to safety. I am so grateful she is alive and healthy. We will be getting a replacement. Compared to our previous Chicco KeyFit, the Mesa V2 is larger and has a higher weight capacity, which means we'll be able to use it for longer.\n\nI also love the adjustable headrest, which provides extra comfort and support as our baby grows. Another huge perk is that it's compatible with UPPAbaby Vista strollers without needing an additional adapter—such a convenient feature! The large canopy is another big plus, especially since we love going on walks and appreciate the extra sun coverage.\n\nOverall, I highly recommend the UPPAbaby Mesa V2 to parents looking for a safe, well-designed, and easy-to-use infant car seat. Our 15 week old daughter was in the back seat in our Mesa V1 car seat (we had a V1 with our older daughter who was in the car in a convertible car seat). Both girls emerged from the accident completely unharmed. Unfortunately our daughter never quite fit correctly in the car seat, frequently experiencing a chin to chest position.\nWith major concern, I contacted uppababy who then assisted me with exchanging to a Mesa V2. The process was very easy, and I felt cared for and reassured that Uppababy would always take care of their customer.\nNeedless to say, my daughter fits very well in the Mesa V2 and now enjoys riding in the car again, as she no longer is experiencing significant chin to chest position. And now Mom and Dad enjoy riding in the car again without worrying about our daughters positioning.\n\nIf you ever experience any issues or have any concerns with your uppababy product, always call their customer service line!
