It took way longer to arrive than the advertising suggested.\r\n\r\nWhen I finally received it only the left ear worked. I contacted the company after trying for a week to get the other ear and the app to work, turning both off and on repeatedly. It does not connect the way it is advertised. The only sound in the right ear is a rapid tapping sound. \r\n\r\nThe person I contacted was in the Philippine's, I had a hard time understanding her, and there were phone connection problems. She wanted all of my information, address, proof I had purchased the Raptor, my phone number, etc.. I told her she should have all the information from my order, which she didn't seem to have. She said she would email me. I did receive an email but it did not have her name in the signature, it was from a person in Arizona, USA, and said a replacement would be authorized once I sent in the photo. I replied with a picture of the product and the box it came in, and as of today I have not heard from anyone about the problem. This level of service is not encouraging.\r\n\r\nI initially was excited to hear about the Raptor's ability to be a hearing aide, that the product had adjustable hearing controls, and different levels of hearing adjustments. The app, only once, brought up a screen like that but it disappeared almost instantly. This needs to be resolved asap, or I need my money back so I can go elsewhere. Thought they would amplify the sound better but at full volume it wasn’t good enough. I could hear music, sound on the right side but, not on the left. \nContacted customer service by e-mail to see about getting a replacement. After acouple off days got no reply so, i went to the website and found a form for refunds and warranty. I filled out the from and did get a reply back the next day and it said to wait for a retun number before sending item back. Waited like four days nothing. I did get a email reply back finally on the 5 day and replied back that i now dont want a replacement i have requested for a refund and if they can help with that. They replied back saying they can help and followed up with some info. I replied back with info they were requesting. Days go by and no return number.\nI found a phone number on the website and called it spoke to them and gave them the info they need to my return number that was sent to me later the same day. The next day i got a reply email that i was waiting for saying that he saw i have gotten my return number via the phone. It picks up wind so bad it cancels any small hearing improvement. It also makes voices very tinney. The raptor does a decent job of being able to pick up direction as long as you do not have earplugs in. My dad and I mistakenly each bought one for her, and one of them still works fine. The other had trouble charging after the first week. We found that we had to put constant pressure on the plug for it to charge, and eventually even that stopped working. We contacted Walker's about a replacement and got one automated response and never heard anything else but ads. It may have been because we didn't get it registered, but they didn't tell us that, they simply ignored us.
